Programme Costs:

  • Initial Investment: £4,997 upfront plus Ongoing Franchise License Fees: £500/month
  • Or you can make a one-off payment £25,000 upfront.

Monthly Profit Share:

Once your property is live, we operate under a 35/65 revenue split:

  • 35% goes to management fees, covering:
    • Sales and marketing efforts, channel management, payment system, online bookings fee.
    • Guest communications and bookings.
    • Staff wages for customer service, including ID check and deposit,
    • Ongoing health and safety compliance.
  • Some of the 65% covers:
    • Mortgage/rent (except Diamond partners)
    • Utility bills, council tax, water bill, and TV License
    • Operation management including managing cleaner and handyman, call outs and laundry arrangement.
    • Cleaning fees, laundry, handyman call-out charges, and repair/maintenance costs.
    • Compliance expenses, including gas safety certificates, electrical reports, EPCs, and fire risk assessments.

Monthly income statements are provided on the 20th of each month.
