Smart Corporate Stays was founded in 2017 as a property management company, starting with single let, HMOs, and then service accommodation holiday let, finally switching focus onto the corporate let and contractor market.

The company manages high cash flow properties specifically targeting corporate clients, contractors and business professionals who are working in the area then offering them quality self-catering serviced accommodation at affordable prices, with excellent customer service and user experience.

With more properties being used as serviced accommodation the holiday let market has become saturated due to the lower demand and over-supplied housing stock in the market.

With the unique business model, you will differentiate your business and join us to offer high quality properties and leverage our system and brand to achieve finance freedom.

Since 2017, we focussed on dealing with the long-term direct bookings, from contractors and the corporate market. We understand they have specific needs and requirements, which are different from the holiday and leisure markets.

In 2024, after coaching and mentoring many other property investors to increase their cashflow and profitability in various different locations in the UK, the company has finally launched their franchise business to help more people to become successful.

The company has already accumulated over 3000 corporate clients in their database, and many of these have got 7-8 projects across the country.

The company is looking for business partners who has got properties or is passionate about property investing, to join the force to expand, so we can offer quality service accommodation to more and more companies in the UK and they can build a better Britain.

We have locations all over the UK and our mission is to create a win win solution for property investors, corporate clients and to achieve success through property investing.
