We take 30% to cover your property management fees.

You keep 70% of the property's income, which pays for your:

-Mortgage/rent...

-Utility bills, council tax, water bill, and TV License...

-Operation management including managing cleaners, handyman, call outs and laundry arrangement...

-Compliance expenses, including gas safety certificates, electrical reports, EPCs, and fire risk assessments...

Monthly income statements are provided on the 20th of each month.

I Want To Handle The "Day-to-Day" Operations...

Do you already have a team for housekeeping and maintenance? No problem-we'll just take care of guest operations...

Once your property is LIVE;

After all property management fees, you get to keep 80% of the net income which pays for your:

-Mortgage/rent...

-Utility bills, council tax, water bill, and TV License...

-Compliance expenses, including gas safety certificates, electrical reports, EPCs, and fire risk assessments...

You will then cover the costs for your own team for laundry, cleaning and any handyman call-outs.

Monthly income statements are provided on the 20th of each month.
